Stray Kids is making big waves on the Billboard charts, and their latest mini-album, ROCK-STAR, is back at the top spot on the World Albums chart for the third week in a row. The album also climbed to No. 41 on the Billboard 200 after being on the charts for six weeks.

In more good news for K-pop, BLACKPINK and BTS’s SUGA have been named the top-grossing touring K-pop acts for 2023, with TWICE and SEVENTEEN following closely.

Stray Kids’ musical talent is shining bright on the Billboard charts as ROCK-STAR makes an impressive comeback. On December 27, Billboard announced that the album is back at No. 1 on the World Albums chart, securing its third week at the top.
In its sixth week on the Billboard 200, ROCK-STAR climbed to No. 41, showing that it’s still very popular. The album also reached No. 6 on the Top Current Album Sales chart and stayed strong at No. 7 on the Top Album Sales chart, proving its success in the market.
ROCK-STAR didn’t stop there; it made a strong return to the Tastemaker Albums chart, claiming the 20th spot this week. This achievement further establishes Stray Kids’ position in the music industry.
Recognizing the group’s overall impact, Stray Kids rose to No. 40 on Billboard’s Artist 100 chart. This marks their 46th week on the chart, showing their consistent presence and relevance in the music world.
On a different note, Stray Kids, along with BLACKPINK’s Lisa, is getting ready to perform at the Yellow Coin Concert in France on January 26, 2024. The concert, organized by the French Hospital Foundation and led by Brigitte Macron, aims to support hospitalized children and adolescents through charitable initiatives.
The Yellow Coin Concert is not just a music event; it’s a chance for artists like J Balvin, Maroon 5, Pharrell Williams, Lisa, and Stray Kids to come together for a good cause. The concert supports the Yellow Coin Collection Campaign, started in 1989, which collects small coins (less than 1 euro) to improve children’s hospitals.

The fundraising period for 2024 is from January 10 to February 4. Stray Kids’ participation in this charity concert shows their commitment to making a positive impact on society beyond their music performances. They join other artists in bringing hope and support to young patients, contributing to the betterment of children’s hospital environments.
