It’s that time of the year when cold is at its peak and we all want to curl up under the blanket to keep ourselves warm. As important as it is to keep our body warm during winter, it is equally important to follow proper diet and exercise. If you do not consume proper diet in winter, then the body might start facing health problems. Experts recommend to include foods in diet, which can boost metabolism thus it becomes important to include pulses or sprouted grains, vegetables, fruits, carb-rich foods in the diet. During winter, we tend to lose out on important nutrients and thus, many people adopt to drinking juices in their diet.
